The WORST Real Estate Company EVER. Dava Davin is a liar and not to be trusted. She abuses her clients, she abuses her staff in front of her clients. Her reputation around town solidifies what a horrible business woman she is. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS- because it WILL cost you if you deal with them. I will never work with her again and will make sure everyone knows not to as well. She will promise you the moon and deliver you to hell. DO NOT USE PORTSIDE REALTY
We started looking for a house in the Greater Portland area several months ago. I was browsing Portside's website and received an immediate response from John. They have an excellent team. Thomas became our agent and started showing us houses right away. I've met several other agents from different companies and I'm SO happy we ended up with Thomas. He is extremely kind, honest and a hard worker. His help is invaluable because of his experience with carpentry and remodeling, so he has a lot of knowledge other people do not have. Overall, it was probably the best house buying experience we could have hoped for, especially as first time buyers. I would absolutely recommend Portside Real Estate to anyone looking for a house.
