After 3 years I have finally had my fill of the incompetence of the pharmacy staff in Falmouth, Maine. Twice in 5 days I have used the telephone refill service and when I drove to pick them up I was told it had to be ordered. Once I was told to come back Monday. When I did it wasn't available. Why is your phone number requested when they have no intention of calling you? I am prescribed a narcotic on a monthly basis. Each time I bring my prescription I am told they do not carry this drug. The pharmacist will always say " Let's look in the safe". Lo and Behold....there it is......everytime. I will be changing to CVS. Maybe my blood pressure will go down if I don't have to deal with these idiots anymore.
