Dr. Mike was great, however, the billing process was sorely mishandled. After our son's procedure they informed us that our insurance was being billed and that it "may take a while". But what they didnt tell us was that while the office was waiting for specific information from the insurance company we would be charged extra fees for not paying our bill. This process was not explained to us, nor were we informed 3 months later that they had not received a response from our insurance company. If this process was explained up front we would have been happy to contact the insurance company to expedite the entire process. Staff on the phone were belittling. We won't be going back.
We have always had an excellent experience here. Warm and welcoming office and extremely warm and welcoming providers who know how to make children comfortable and feel at ease. They know little "games" to play and jokes to make with children to get them to be comfortable with a teeth cleaning, etc. Highly recommend.
INCREDIBLE!!! From beginning to end. Our very first appt. I came in a day late.:(. They figured out a way to still take his appt. The Doctors, and staff there are very knowledge, friendly and truly care about their little ones. My 2 yr old had oral surgery yesterday, and today told me" My teeth don't hurt anymore." Highly recommended!!!
My children love going to see Ms. Bethany and Dr. Mike. They actually ask me when the next appointment is.
Dr. Mike is an awesome dentist! Clinic and staff are very courteous, friendly and dedicated to kids and parents.
